Delivery service is offered to customers 7 days a week. Two delivery methods are available.

Standard delivery (SD):

• Delivery from 9am to 11am
• Delivery from 11am to 13am
• Delivery from 13am to 15am

Fixed time of delivery:
Please be advised that there is an overload (50%) in fixed expedition schedules.

Please note the following regarding delivery delays

• On holidays (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day…) delivery delays can occur.
• Precise times are harder to respect because of unpredictable traffic, stop signs and traffic lights.
• Exceeding delivery times doesn’t give you any compensation.

Specific situations

Parcel delivery is subject to the shipping company’s rules. The person who receives the baskets must sign a confirmation of delivery. If this person is absent from delivery place, it will be of your responsibility as a customer to recover the package according to the shipping company’s rules.

Please be advised that :

• For hospital delivery, we need the patient’s complete name and if it’s a woman, we need her maiden name as well. Also required are the hospital name, the wing, and the floor and room number.
• If the recipient is absent from delivery place, and we do a second delivery, you must assume fixed delivery fees.
• Important : we don't leave breakfast at the front door.
• No delivery will be made at a post office box.
• MPG needs confirmation of full payment before proceeding with delivery of the basket.
• If the destination address is incorrect or incomplete and you wish for a second delivery, you must assume all shipping fees.
• Any erroneous information may lead to delivery delays or order cancellation. MPG can’t be held responsible for incomplete or erroneous addresses.
• Additional baskets delivered to the same person at the same address will be charged at the minimum fee of $3.00 per basket. For deliveries at the same address but to a different person, full shipping fees apply, except if ordered by the same client, in which case the minimal fee of $3.00 applies.

Order processing

Place your order on My Panier Gourmet website at www.monpaniergourmet.ca . When placing your order, you indicate the delivery adress, desired day and time of delivery, and there you are ! We will deliver your order at the location, day and time you have indicated.

Customer service

Monday thru Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM (E.S.T.)

Orders must be made before 3PM and in a minimum of 48hrs PRIOR to desired time of delivery. Orders made after that will be treated on the next business day.

No order can be cancelled once purchase is confirmed or in delivery process.

Over the Internet : By following instructions on our website, you will be guided to an easy and secure way to pay your order using Visa, Master Card or American Express credit cards, or through Paypal. All prices are in canadian dollars (CAN).
