Can we replace some products from the baskets?
Yes, some products can be replaced by others. Please contact us to let us know about the changes you would like to make.

Are your products fresh of the day?
Absolutely, all our breads and pastries are baked every day in the morning.

Do you offer breakfast for two people?
Yes, we have one basket especially for two people including coffee and cheese for two. However, breakfasts designed for one people come with generous portions and it is possible to add at your request other products to meet your needs. Click here to see the vast variety of products that you can add to your basket.

Do you offer breakfast for families?
Yes, we have available one menu for 4 people «Morning for 4». Another menu is also available for 6 « Morning for 6».

Do you use environmentally responsible products?
Yes, the containers and utensils used to package ours breakfast are recyclables or biodegradables.

What is the time delay for delivery?
The delay is 2 days. For instance, if you would like delivery on Monday morning, you should confirm your order by Saturday before midnight.

Do you deliver before 9 in the morning?
Yes, we can deliver before 9 a.m. Please contact us to get information about the time schedules in your sector.

How can I make sure that the recipient will be present at the time of delivery?
Since our delivery takes place at a specific time, for example at 9 a.m., this would allow you to get organized. To see our standard delivery prices, click here. For a delivery requested at a specific time 50% additional charge applies.

Can you make a delivery for the next day?
The delay is usually 2 days, however, if you need faster delivery you can contact us by phone in order to evaluate the situation. If we can, we will make an effort to meet your needs.

Which payment methods are accepted?
Orders need to be made on the internet and payment by credit card: Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. In the short future, payment by phone may also be accepted.

Can I buy gift certificates?
Yes, to purchase a gift certificate click on the link on the right column located at the top of the screen. Gift certificates starting 5$ are available.

I would like to order a breakfast without the willow platters and basket?
No problem, you can replace these accessories with an edible product. Please contact us to inform you about your choices.

Do you have a store open to the public?
No, our offices and workshop are not open to the public.
